History History
Bred in 1937 by Mrs. Eileen Gell in England and owned by Mrs. Alice T. McLean, Cider was recorded as a red brown with two littermates and two full siblings. She had an inbreeding coefficient of 10.4%. By her significant sire Biffin she had 44 half siblings including only one champion, Ch. Merry of Beaufin. None of the 4 half siblings on her dam's side completed their championship. Cider was bred only twice to produce a total of 6 offspring, none of which were shown to their championship.
