Whelped one of a litter of two, Rusty was bred in 1938 with a low inbreeding coeficient of 6.4% and had no full siblings. Only the significant Ch. Colonsay All Kiff earned a title out of his 65 paternal half siblings. Kiff earned his place in history as the first American Drop Ear Champion Dog, Black and Tan. Rusty had no maternal half siblings. He was bred twice, once to a daughter of the influential Eng. Ch. Biffin Of Beaufin and Neachley Rusty, and produced a total of 5 progeny none of which were titled. Note the mixed ear carriage in this pedigree.
