History History
Harry was born on March 14th. 1977 to Nanfan Semble, owned by Dr. Tiplady who lived in Marlbrough, Wiltshire, U.K. It was the only litter he ever bred, as Semble ("Bunty") was a family pet primarily. Harry was one of three in his litter (Dick and Tom were his littermates) had a very high inbreeding coefficient of 50.2%. In the UK he was the top winning Norfolk Dog in 1981 Of the 50 half siblings on his sire's side 9 achieved their championship title including the significant Eng. Ch. Salad Burnet of Vicbrita. There were no half siblings on his dam's side. Harry produced 49 litters making his mark with 120 offspring to his credit with 9 champion get. With the exception to the 3 breedings to Lowmita Wren, Harry was bred to a wide variety of bitches from different bloodlines and there were few repeat breedings, proving his broad appeal to the breeders of his day.You may follow Harry's Descendancy Chart Tail Male and Tail Female as far back as 18 generations to the first known ancestor and including known prick ear ancestors.
