Dinah was a red bitch bred in 1948 by Mrs. E.T. Jancey with an inbreeding coefficient of 17.1% . She had no maternal half siblings and had only one paternal half sibling, not titled. Dinah possibly carried the drop ear gene through Ch. Wychdale Napoleon and Eng. Ch. Farndon Red Dog but does not appear in any known drop ear pedigrees. Her littermate Eng. Ch. Dusty of Goldencross does appear in drop ear pedigrees. The recorded owner was Mrs. Hardy Dinah and Dusty were the first brother/sister recorded Champions of Record.
